⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Grand Dubai. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Deborah & Cornelia at Feast Restaurant for their warm, attentive service every morning, they truly made us feel welcome. Also, John from Valet was incredibly helpful and professional, always greeting us with a smile and making everything seamless. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Service was prompt, professional, and delivered with genuine warmth, contributing significantly to the overall positive experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, with clean, well-maintained facilities that reflected a high standard of care. As a frequent traveler, I’ve stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai seven times — and it consistently delivers an exceptional experience. The 1-bedroom suite is impressively spacious, ideal for both business and leisure stays. The spa facilities are world-class, offering a serene environment for relaxation. Breakfast features an extensive variety, catering to international tastes, while the high-tea at the lounge is elegantly curated, making it a favorite for mid-day breaks or client meetings. The Club Lounge itself serves as an excellent setting for informal business discussions or quiet work sessions. Above all, the hotel’s central location provides easy access to Dubai’s key commercial, retail, and cultural landmarks. Whether you're in town for business or a getaway, the Sheraton Grand remains a reliable and refined choice in the heart of the city.

I am long term tenant in the Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai since 2015. The hotel staff have always been courteous, professional, and accommodating. We have been consistently treated with respect and care. Even for ongoing renovation in the hotel, the management informed us well in advance and made every effort to assist us during the transition. Their support throughout was both thoughtful and efficient. The property is maintained to very high standards, and we never encountered any issues during our stay in the last 10 years. I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai for their outstanding hospitality and continued commitment to guest satisfaction.

Sheraton experience was all about warmth, humanity and overall the sense of being at home and experiencing luxury. The staff they have are nurtured well and politeness is the theme which they live upto . They don't shy away to express apologies and the service is really great. The gym is having beautiful vibes . I had the best experience for one month and enjoyed the ambience for conducting my morning yoga classes. I miss the wake up call at 4 30 am . Given an opportunity , I would always recommend Sheraton to people coming to Dubai for vacation/work and other reasons.
