problematic company, restored air conditioners in apartments of a bad manufacturer, air conditioners are not changed, they shift responsibilities to developers, developers shift responsibilities to Sigma. Some employees do not answer phones, they block in order not to bear responsibility. People live in heat of 30 degrees Empire residents Jvc, air conditioners have not been changed for more than 9 months, does not respond to compliance, also had a rude attitude from one of the employees communicates in an extremely rude manner, used a death wish! name Ram Sigma company. do not trust the sigma company in what they answer! the air conditioners installed are bad! to which the management of Peace home also confirms and knows? Sigma received many complaints from the apartments of empire residents Jvc. to which there is no response of help and I assure you everything is in order, not in order until today!

Good company. :) Dealing with them since couple of yearsfor one of my apartment, very accommodating and quick response if any confusion/concern arise. Gets u the peace of mind. :)

Plazzo Heights in JVC managed by Sigma is infested with roaches, and the sanitary fittings are broken or poorly maintained. The overall upkeep of the property is extremely low, with minimal attention given to necessary repairs or cleanliness. I would not recommend a property managed by Sigma to anyone seeking a comfortable or hygienic home.

I've lived in Dubai for the past 14yrs with over 8 properties and dealt with alot of Owners Association management companies, but i must admit Sigma Homes is the best I've come across, their buildings are very clean and well maintained. Just check out Nicholas Residence guys😲 You will be overwhelmed. Management response to details is top level. This company deserve a 7star.

This is the best OA management Company in Dubai Right now if I must say. Their properties are well maintained and the management is super. They respond, attend and update me on my complaints on a daily basis. I have never seen that in Dubai. Wow Sigma Homes Great Job👌 Thanks to Eloise, that guy is excellent and very helpful.
