Very disappointing stay. We had booked a 1-bedroom apartment and selected our preferred check-in time while booking through an online portal. However, after confirmation, it showed a standard check-in time of 2:00 PM. We arrived at 1:00 PM based on our selected time, but were asked to wait until 3:00 PM due to “no rooms being available.” We specifically booked a room with a nice sea view as shown in their website photos, but were instead given a room facing a parking lot. When we questioned this, the receptionist casually mentioned that the view was just “for pictures” and not written in the booking as part of the actual booking—this kind of response is completely unacceptable. To make up for all this, they claimed they were giving us an "upgraded" room, but it was extremely basic. The wardrobe had only one door, the other half was open with no door. We requested cutlery and were told they simply don’t offer any. The mirror was so small you couldn't even see your full reflection. There were no bath towels, no shampoo, no soap, but there were two big bottles of hand soap!! After checkout, we realized we had forgotten an item of clothing in the room. We returned immediately, waited in line to report it, and were told to wait as the manager would retrieve it. After 30 minutes of no update, we had to go back and ask again if we could go to the room and get it by ourselves. Eventually, they just handed us the key and asked us to go find it ourselves! Overall, very poor service, misleading information, and disappointing facilities. Definitely not recommended.

Our stay yesterday at Emirates Grand Hotel had a rough start, as the first room we were given was not clean and had a noticeable bad odour. This was disappointing, especially upon arrival. However, when we raised the issue with Mr. Waqar at the front desk, he was very understanding and helpful. He promptly arranged a new room for us, which was much better and made our stay more comfortable. Thanks to his assistance, our experience improved significantly. While the initial impression wasn’t great, we appreciated the quick response and support from the staff. With better attention to cleanliness in the future, this hotel could offer a much more consistent experience.

This is my second time staying at Emirates Grand Hotel, and once again, the experience was beyond excellent. The service is consistently outstanding, and the hospitality truly makes you feel at home. I’d like to especially thank Khadija at the reception for her kind attitude, helpfulness, and professional support throughout my stay. Also, the housekeeping team does a fantastic job—everything is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this hotel and definitely coming back again.

The location is amazing, no doubt. But with the hotel i am very disappointed. AC NOT WORKING called so many times to check and fix the issue, but I never heard from them. we literally slept without a blanket ROOM PHONE NOT WORKING I was using my personal mobile to call hotel from my phone and i called like 50 times still they don't answer the calls so i need to go reception all the time if I need something or request for something but still nothing on time OLD ROOM AND WASHROOM I heard they updated all the rooms but I was wrong rooms are old washroom are old no shampoo no soup no slippers we need to request all the time with our own mobile phone because room phone was not working since we checked in. Thanks to security and bellboys, they are really only helpful people in this hotel I would like to request to take some action because the hotel name is EMIRATES GRAND, so the hotel represents Emirates Name. Kindly don't spoil the name

The location of the hotel was truly excellent — being right next to the metro was a major convenience. However, during our stay, we noticed some shortcomings in cleanliness. The room and bathroom could have been maintained with a bit more care. We believe this is something the management can and will improve. The staff was generally attentive, and we would especially like to highlight Khadija. Her warm attitude, helpfulness, and positive energy really made a difference in our stay. Having team members like her is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest assets.
