I had an excellent time. It was my first experience with Squash and coaches were patient and walked me though the techniques and by the end of the hour, I was able to play with confidence and actually got a proper workout and sweat session in. Thanks Kanzy & team.

My love for squash developed from the Flying Daf! Honestly can’t recommend this place enough .. one of the best and funnest workouts you can have. I also participated in a 2 days ladies tournament, and it was a very fun and competitive environment.

Absolutely love the Flying Daf Academy! From the different convenient locations, to the great facilities and the super friendly coaching staff, this place is my absolute go to spot for my now favorite hobby! I never touched a squash racket in my life and these guys made me fall in love with the game. Definitely recommend going and trying this amazing sport out!
