This is the worst courier company, lack of professionalism and customer is their least concern. I have a outbound shipment that must be collected today urgently, however the courier did not show up nor called. Called the customer service twice with no action done from their side. They have promised twice that they would be calling me within 30 minutes to stall until their closing time. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL !!

Mohammad Hamza Ijaz Butt is an amazing and smart person in this company, I truly appreciate his efforts as he extended his services and provided me my bank card while returning home when I was not available at my location in office. More people like Hamza will make Dubai an even better place to be. God bless.

EMX is by far the worst courier service I’ve ever dealt with. Last week, I was expecting an important courier from a bank in Dubai and received a message on WhatsApp. When I tried using the "Locate Me" option to provide my location, it showed a completely inaccurate location far from where I actually was. I had to manually select my location, and to my shock, the delivery date was set for one whole week later! Seriously? This is Dubai—where almost anything can be delivered within 15 minutes—yet EMX needs seven days for a simple courier? Frustrated, I switched my preference from delivery to pick-up and selected the nearest post office, completing the process. But then, I received no confirmation message—no pickup date, no status update, nothing. When I logged back into the tracking link, it suddenly showed no record of my shipment at all! And the worst part? This isn’t the first time this has happened. The last time I had to receive a delivery from the same bank, I faced the exact same issues. I honestly don’t understand why banks continue to use such an unreliable courier service for urgent and important documents.

I had an excellent experience with Muhammad Hamza Ijaz Butt as my courier. He demonstrated outstanding patience throughout the entire process, making sure everything was handled with care and attention to detail. His professionalism and courteous demeanor truly stood out. ⭐ 1-Star Review for EMX Courier Service Terrible experience with EMX Courier Service! I scheduled the delivery of my ENBD credit card for today, March 17, 2025, between 9 AM and 1 PM, after booking it on March 15. Despite calling customer service 10 times to follow up, no one provided any real assistance. I even canceled an important meeting and waited three hours for the courier, but no call or delivery ever happened. Given the Ramadan timing, this level of inefficiency and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable. Extremely frustrating and disappointing service! 🚨👎
