A Job Well Done! 😄 Hi there! I wanted to share the amazing experience I had restoring my LV Neverfull. At first, I was quite hesitant about restoring my 13-year-old bag outside the LV boutique. With worn-out linings and handles, it was quite a sight (as you could see from my photos). The thought of whether the outcome would make me happy haunted me for quite some time. Well, you know what they say about taking risks, right? I went for it and I couldn't be any happier! 😄 The transformation was astounding; my bag looked like it was brand new again! More than that, the staff who guided me through this entire process has been nothing but commendable. Their professionalism and excellent service made this experience an absolute joy.

I have gotten more than 5 bags and shoes cleaned and restored at 800 Leather. I give them my full trust in any designer bag/shoes. The services are beyond excellent and the work the do is extremely impeccable as they make impossible very possible. Will always be my go to spot for restoration.

Really pleased not just with a result but overall process. Store consultants were very proactive, knowledgeable and polite. My bag is vintage and required a certain finesse , happy to say it met all my expectations. WhatsApp communication updating me on progress was always prompt and the bag was ready exactly on a due date, so rare ! Craftsmanship is excellent too. Highly recommended! ✨

This UCB bag was a gift from my father about almost 20 years ago on his very first trip to Italy. It was my very first handbag as a lady and it’s so sad seeing it damaged. I am so happy that 800 leather was able to revive it and has handled my priceless vintage bag so well ❤️ I do not know what to expect, I do not know how’s it going to look like, I don’t know the leather and color they’re gonna use but I feel confident and not at all scared about how they’ll fix it. They even contacted UCB Italy to make sure they know how to handle the bag. I am so happy of the outcome. If you can just see the difference it’s just amazing. Though I understand that not all parts will be there since it would be impossible for it to restore 100% but the outcome was still perfect 🤩 I couldn’t be any happier ❤️ I can’t thank them enough for restoring my precious bag and I swear they do care of your valuables in whatever form. Took my jacquemus bag because the handle was starting to break, they fixed it even better than I had imagined. In short time, very professional and great price for the quality of the job. Cannot recommend more!
