If any one need roadside assistance and after you see that the call is from 800motorGuru. Please don’t waste time. Just try other options Even after an hour we won’t get any response and you will end up in big chaos. I got their service and after 1.10 mins still standing on road. And the funny part is the delivery guy call and explained he is in other work and after 30 mins he will look into yours. This is their roadside assistance quality . Other service I don’t know. I am posting it straight away waiting them for 1 hour 40 mins and still no positive. In the middle of the highway. Finally arrived after 2 hours. Compensated 15 dhs petrol. Try if you have enough time .

Sadly very disappointing. I rarely give poor reviews unless I feel they can be constructive. On a positive note the staff were very polite. However, dealing with them was chaotic from start to finish. I had two issues with the car and I was very clear on this over the phone and then via text. 1) was the Ac 2) I needed the airbag light to be fixed as it was glitching and always on. After about 6 to 7 times explaining this they still gave me a quote that was not only excessive completely failed to even look at the airbag issue. This took ten days. Interestingly the quote started at 10k then went down to 4k. I could continue providing more details but I think this says it all. The reviews online I saw were great but this was a terrible experience for me and now I have to go to another garage to get things properly looked at.

Mr.Yahya Khan did brilliantly when I suddenly needed a jump start. He arrived promptly and did the job in just a few minutes. Could not be happier with the service.
