I tried your service, but the pickup took 2–3 days — not ideal if someone needs a quick solution. There are actually faster options available in the UAE that offer same-day or next-day collection. Just sharing honest feedback!

Extremely unprofessional. I understand it’s a free service but if you have agreed to pick my old furniture come on the day you promised. It’s been 2 days I am waiting. The WhatsApp number on their website confirmed pick up yesterday and today. And now they are leaving me on blue ticks, no response to WhatsApps or calls. Absolutely no respect for people’s time.

The worst service I faced in Dubai! Company not responsible! They need only new furniture. Even you provided photos before they coming, they sending confirmation and after “conversation with boss” they dropping the call and not pick up again. Never deal with such irresponsible company as 800 take my junk! They will destroy your plans and will do nothing! Useless attotude!

They took things they were not supposed to. No point filling a form and putting pictures because they are hooligans they just swept our house ...I lost very very important documents because they picked furniture they were not supposed to. Did not even spare my plants. Absolute robbers. Better to give your stuff for free on FB marketplace than call Take my Junk
