We had a great experience with the full-day minivan rental service. We live in Abu Dhabi and we travelled to Dubai for a day trip with my relatives that were visiting us. The driver, Akbar, was incredibly patient, kind, and drove safely and smoothly throughout the day. It was very easy to arrange pick-up and drop-off points and he was always perfectly on time (I was messaging him via WhatsApp). The van was clean and comfortable, and he even provided a cooler with bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch. Also the entire booking and payment process was seamless — all organized via WhatsApp with Aftab, with payment done through a secure online link and a proper invoice provided. Highly recommended for a stress-free and professional service!

This company does not accept complain and blame the customer in return. They use an old type vehicle.which is not suited for the cost and the five star venue. They charge a lot which is around 3 times the taxi and where taxis have better service and better vehicle than them.

I was cheated by this company. I was sent a picture of a very new, nice and neat van before the booking. i was asked to pay 50% advance . The van which was sent was very old and dirt. All through the way the driver was talking on the phone and was driving with one hand, he was driving very rashly and dangerously. After I complained to the company, they sent another van which was better than the first one but not what I was promised earlier, The driver was good. In between they tried to cheat me again by asking me to pay the remaining 50% in cash to the first driver. Overall we had a very bad experience with the company. Hi, I was very much aware of what I was booking. I knew I was not booking a VIP vehicle such as a Mercedes Sprinter or a luxury coach or a private jet. I made the booking and the payment based on the information and the photograph’s that were provided to me during our conversations. In my review above, none of the words or sentences indicate that I was expecting a luxury or a VIP vehicle. I was expecting what was committed to me. Attaching the picture of what was promised and what was sent to me. I was shown the picture of the van with black seats and the van that was sent was the orange one. These pictures are just of the first row the back rows were even worst than this. Compare the condition and cleanliness of both the vehicles. Also, In spite of confirming the date and timing of my trip with you 4 days in advance, The driver u had assigned for this trip cancelled the trip at the end of the day and I was in conversation with you till 11:45 pm. This was the quality of service that was provided.

AFATB are the best!!!!Could not recommend highly enough! We were a group of 31 in Dubai for 10 days.Our bus driver was excellent! The coach was great, brand new bus, cleaned each day for us! Shahid our driver was lovely and really flexible. Communication before and during the trip was great. The company also booked us a desert safari and a guide for the Grand Mosque. These were highlights of the trip for us! Could not recommend this company enough!
