I want to commend the Aafiya team for their efficient processing of my child's documents for medicine and 2D echo approvals! Initially, we faced rejections due to incomplete declarations of documents (discharge paper and lab results) by the insurance advisor, but after I emailed them and updated my child's profile, they swiftly resolved the issue and approved the necessary documents. Their prompt response to emails and fast processing were truly helpful, especially given my child's heart condition. Kudos to the team for understanding the urgency and showing compassion. Highly recommend! ❤️

I am sorry to say they have the slowest response time out of all the insurance policies I have ever used during 15 years of my life in UAE. Their first ever response to any claim is "REJECTED". Then you have to do the exercise of trying again so many times before you get any approval from them....which is very rare. So, please don't get amazed by unlimited this unlimited that in their TOB and Choose wisely! You are welcome

Extremely Poor Service – Very Frustrating Experience with Afiya Health Insurance Dealing with Afiya Health Insurance has been nothing but a headache. Their system almost always rejects prescriptions for no clear reason. You never know which one they will approve and which they won’t. Every time, we have to call customer service, explain the situation, and only then will they bother to resubmit the prescription for approval. It’s a constant cycle of delay, confusion, and frustration. Honestly, instead of offering health insurance, Afiya should consider launching a game of chance—because that's what it feels like trying to get anything approved. Very fed up with this company. Their service is unreliable and stressful. Strongly not recommended unless you have time and energy to waste fighting over every approval
