I recently shipped a few items with ABC Cargo and had a mostly smooth experience. The staff were polite and guided me well during the booking process. They were also available to answer my questions, which made the process easier. The packing was done carefully, and my items arrived safely without any damage. I appreciate the attention given to handling fragile items. Overall, ABC Cargo seems to be a trusted name in the cargo business, especially for shipments between the Gulf and India. I would use their service again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable option.

Poor!!! Do not use this cargo service—it's the worst I’ve ever encountered! I shipped two boxes of personal belongings and dry food items on June 22, 2024, and received them only on August 18, 2024—nearly 60 days later. Besides the outrageous delay, I was horrified to find that most of my valuable items, worth at least INR 15,000 or AED 680 (including phone covers, food items, clothes, and more), were missing. It seems the delay was due to deliberate theft by the team or whoever was responsible. The box was cut open and then taped up as if nothing had happened. When I complained, customer service demanded purchase bills, which is nearly impossible since many items were bought alongside other general purchases on different dates. This is clearly a tactic to avoid responsibility, knowing most customers don’t keep every single receipt. After leaving a negative review and filing a complaint, they asked me to remove the review and promised a refund after I provided a list and some documents. Despite following up for days, I received a dismissive email (see attached picture) denying the refund. They’re hiding behind policies and proof of delivery documents. The delivery agent just slammed the boxes, got our signature, and left without waiting to check if the cargo had been tampered with and they expect it to mentioned in POD how?. He seemed more interested in getting extra tips than ensuring the integrity of the delivery. This is how ABC Cargo operates: they steal your hard-earned money’s worth of goods, question you for impossible-to-provide documents, and then give a pathetic excuse for not issuing a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this cargo service for any shipment, big or small.
