Disappointing experience! I used ABC cargo to send my parcel from Dubai to Bangalore on the 29th of March and received the package on May 5th at my residence in Bangalore. They stopped updating the online tracker on the 13th of April and I kept sending emails to the team but none of them were able to give me any real time updates. They stated "customs delay" and that they were working on it. This went on for a few weeks. On receiving the cargo finally, I opened my packages only to find out that majority of my items were damaged in it. I had sent the photos of items damaged to the customer service team. They agreed to raise a claim with the insurance department. After that they started demanding invoices of items (which I had owned for years in Dubai), and other documents which they did not provide at the time of delivery. I managed to get whatever was possible and submitted it. After a lot of back and forth and frustrating emails, they had raised a claim after which I did not hear from them for a while. On constant follow ups, I got an email on the 31st of May stating that my claim has been rejected because I did not point this out at the time of delivery. It is important to note that I had received no intimation of delivery day or time and hence I was outside at when they delivered. My elderly parents received the cargo and signed off on my behalf. Unless I left everything else and stayed home all the time till they deliver I would have not been able to accomplish this. Also no delivery personnel would wait for over an hour at my location till I verify all the items. A very cliche email was sent for the rejection stating as per their "terms and conditions" with some irrelevant pointers that my claim was rejected. This incident has left me with a lot of losses as I was moving all of my house hold items from UAE to India. I had a great experience dealing with the ABC Cargo Head office. The team was extremely professional, well organized and made the entire process smooth and hassle free. They answered all my questions patiently and ensured that my shipment was handled with care. The communication was clear and the support team kept me updated every step of the way. Poor Service. At the time of booking they say 7 to 10 days for delivery. 12 days gone and the courier has not reached, not they say the timeline is 10 to 15 days. There is not proper current tracking status of the shipment for the last 5 days it is stuck in 1 update "Forward to booking Station" There is not proper channel to escalate the issues and no help at all. And they don't accept their mistake! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE This is how the products have reached. Now decide if you want to choose their service!!

It was a pleasure to work with the ABC cargo team and especially Malki, she handled everything from the beginning making it hassle free for me. I sent 10 boxes from Singapore to UAE 150kg, and it took less than 2 hrs after payment to have the boxes picked up by the FedEx driver.Delivery took around a week, all boxes arrived wrapped in foil and intact.
