I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ABC Cargo. I shipped household items from Dubai to the UK, and the majority arrived severely damaged. What makes this even worse is that your team never informed me about the insurance option or its conditions, even though your own staff inspected and packed everything with bubble wrap before shipping. To make matters worse, you completely ignored my emails. I had to call your office five days in a row just to get a response—only to receive a generic message denying any responsibility and blaming me for not purchasing insurance. If damages are so “uncontrollable,” your team should have clearly warned me from the start that you can’t ensure safe delivery unless insurance is purchased. With proper information, I could have chosen a different company or taken other precautions. Instead, I received a polished excuse with no accountability. It would have been more honest if your so-called shipping expert had been upfront and told us that the shipment was likely to arrive damaged. At least then, we could have made informed decisions. We will be sharing our experience publicly with friends and family, and on your page as well, so others are aware of the poor service, lack of communication, and careless handling ABC Cargo offers. Never again.

Many times I send parcel. Always good with ABC. I sent from different branches. All good. Good packing. Safely reach. Mostly on time. I like them.

Our recent experience has not been good. We sent household things from Dubai to Kochi. Our items were damaged which was due to negligence in packing and one of the main item which is a dishwasher, wasn't delivered and we dont have any indication on when to expect it.
