Very Disappointing Experience I am having a very poor experience with ABC Cargo. They lack a proper tracking system, and their customer service is extremely unprofessional. I opted for their Express Sea Cargo delivery service, which promised delivery within 25-30 days. I booked my shipment on 8th May 2025, and till today, 23rd June 2025, my cargo has not arrived. What’s even more frustrating is the double standards in their approach — at the time of booking, packing, and collecting payment, they chased me relentlessly with multiple follow-ups every day. But the moment payment was done and cargo dispatched, they completely disappeared. No accountability, no transparency, and no customer support whatsoever. This has been a stressful, frustrating, and disappointing experience. I would strongly discourage anyone from using ABC Cargo’s services, whether in Dubai or India. Avoid ABC Cargo if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the delay of my cargo shipment, which I handed over to your team on 26th June 2025 under the Express Sea Cargo service. At the time of booking, I was clearly informed that the delivery would take 20 to 25 days maximum, based on which I trusted your service and made the payment for Express delivery. However, today when I checked with your executive at the Karama branch, I was shocked to hear that my cargo will only be delivered on 7th July 2025. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to misleading your customers. If this was the actual timeline, there was absolutely no reason for me to pay for Express Cargo when you are delivering the shipment like normal Sea Cargo. Let me make this very clear — the items inside the cargo were urgently required, and your delay has caused me significant inconvenience and potential financial loss. You took the payment promising Express delivery, but clearly, you have failed to honor your commitment. I demand a full refund of the amount paid for Express Cargo, as your service has not met the agreed terms. If I do not receive a positive response and refund confirmation within the next 48 hours, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter legally and report your company to the concerned authorities for false commitments and customer exploitation. I expect your immediate attention to this matter.
