I recently performed Umrah with Abdullah Bin Karam Haj and umrah travels dubai , and I couldn’t be happier with their services. From the initial booking to the final departure, everything was exceptionally well-organized. Moreover, they have very good networking inside KSA (Mekkah & Mefinah)which make this tour highly successful. The most important thing that all the tour commitments promised are being fulfilled in professional manner. I highly recommend to anyone planning Umrah. They truly care about their guests and ensure a spiritually fulfilling journey. Jazakum Allah Khairan!

WARNING: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! I REPEAT. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! Absolutely atrocious experience with this travel agency. Booked a bus trip for Umrah during Ramadan the trip was a NIGHTMARE!!! The bus was filthy, AC wasn’t working the entire trip and bus ended up smelling like a landfill. No other ventilation in the bus!!! The entire trip from UAE to Makkah was worse than a bed of nails. Not to mention, the drivers seemed more interested in fighting and arguing with the passengers. Equally worse was the return journey where the travel agency appointed 1 bus driver for the whole return trip!!! Putting all the bus passengers at risk!!! 2 hours into the return journey from Madina towards UAE and Saudi highway Patrol stops the bus and asks to return to Madina because only 1 driver was available. Again the bus AC had a problem where the water was leaking everywhere on the passengers. And the person who I was in touch with is Asad, who claimed that all problems will be solved but they just kept getting worse. This guy is a liar just like the bus drivers. Absolute no support from the agency during travel. The worst travel agency. That’s all I can say. Save yourself the pain and headache and avoid this agency. They’re a plague!

It was good Umra tour and reliable price. The team for your questions did Quick reactions, response quickly. All services was good by bus. Drivers from Sharjah-Mecca, Medina-Sharjah were patient and respectful except the driver from Mecca to Medina. Thank you!
