We had a wonderful stay at Abidos Hotel Apartment Dubailand. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. Their hospitality truly made our experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, spacious, and well-maintained — perfect for a comfortable stay. Overall, everything met our expectations and more. The only issue we encountered was with the water temperature. The taps only provided hot or warm water, even when turned to the cold side. It would have been more comfortable to have access to cold water, especially considering the warm weather in Dubai. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-serviced place to stay in Dubailand.

This apartment has everything you need for your daily needs. The apartments are big and spacious, and are in really good shapes. The cleaning by Saikumor and Rakesh are splendid. They are doing a really good job and helps out with everything you need. I had problems with the washing machine and they got the maintenance there right away. They cleaned the whole apartment in a really nice way, asked if I was happy with everything and if I had any issues they fixed it right away. I really recommend this hotel.

Visited hotel today because I wanted to book a room for a night and I experienced the worst service ever. And believe me when I say the worst, because I traveled many places and stayed at a lot of hotels. Two people at the front desk were acting as if they were gods who built this place. Absolutely ridiculous. Two indian administrators who barely speak English were acting very poorly. Because it was my birthday I decided to leave a cake for them at the end but one of the administrators refused to take the cake with the screaming out of his mouth "NO, I AM NOT POOR". It was never meant as a rude gesture. If you expect a good service from the staff then please avoid this place at all costs. Edit to the response: so the pictures that I just added are fake you are saying? By the way I did make a booking and I could stay if I wanted to, but you have shown me three rooms and every room was dirty to some extent. You are saying that you inspected the room? I took your administrator and showed the stains straight to his face and that is the reason why they offered me three different rooms. Before making cute accusations beware that the person you are accusing has pictures and videos of your sad hotel. See I didn't want to give full description but now I have to. ROOM 1: there are BLOOD STAINS on shower curtain. Showed it to administrator, they offered to switch the room. ROOM2: POOP STAIN in the bathroom. Got offered different room again. ROOM3: COCKROACHES IN THE KITCHEN. All the proof and photos are below. FOR ALL THE POTENTIAL GUESTS: Avoid this place for your own good.

Our stay had both highlights and drawbacks. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, including the washrooms. One of our 1-bedroom units was upgraded to a 2-bedroom, which we appreciated. The front office staff was welcoming and professional, and the bellman was especially helpful, assisting us all the way to the parking. However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. Basic amenities such as dental kits, slippers, and sufficient toiletries were not provided, and the kettle in our room wasn’t working. There was also a water leakage issue in the common washroom. We also faced an unexpected and unprofessional experience at the swimming pool. The pool guard kept asking us to leave, stating that each family was only allowed 2 hours — a policy we were never informed about during check-in. It felt quite discouraging, especially during a family gathering. Overall, the hospitality and cleanliness were impressive, but the lack of amenities, poor maintenance, and unclear policies need improvement.
