ABJAD CROWN Hotel

For me it's 3 years now I'm coming to this hotel when I'm in Dubai everything is always wonderful here. They offer amazing staffs mostly the 3 receptionists and the security. They offer wonderful room services and for a 3 star hotel I will highly recommend this hotel for everyone mostly families and couple you will always go back happy. Thanks to everyone 🙏 🙏❤️

Overall rooms of this hotel are spacious and of good quality. Furniture and washroom stuff seems old like designed in 1990s and renovate in that same style. Reception staff in evening (Husnain or Hussain) don’t have any basic etiquettes of hospitality industry. He loses temper without any reason. Internet service is very bad and keep on disconnecting again and again. You cannot do meetings with clients with that Internet. Night clubs don’t have any sound cancellation there. So you’ll be listening their music free of cost in your rooms and cannot sleep. Toiletries are very low quality, so bring your own and don’t use those.

During my recent experience at your hotel, I encountered unacceptable conduct from a staff member named Mr. Hussnain (from Pakistan). His attitude was noticeably aggressive and unprofessional when dealing with guests. Customer service representatives are expected to interact with guests in a polite and respectful manner, regardless of the situation. It is part of their role to explain hotel policies calmly and clearly—not to argue or respond with hostility. All guests using the hotel’s services are paying from their own pockets, and they rightfully expect a courteous and professional level of service in return. I respectfully request that appropriate action be taken in this matter to ensure that such behavior is addressed and not repeated in the future. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this issue.

For almost 3 years I'm coming to this hotel everything is always perfect. The hotel is really amazing with a very Good staffs, mostly the 3 mens at the reception with a Good security very respectful and wonderful. For a 3 stars hotel I will recommend this hotel to everyone thanks.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, and it was definitely worth the money I paid. The room was very clean, and the cleaning service was also good. The only issue was that the hotel doesn’t have parking, which was a bit inconvenient.
