Very good
They promised to send my parcel by empost which I doubt because they did not give tracking number. Secondly they said within 15 to 20 days the parcel will be delivered. After 18 days they have me a story that their agencagency in India is closed because of corona infected staff. Their agency in India will open after 1 or 2 weeks (God knows when). I am worried as my parcel of 30 Kg is still in transit!!!
Very bad service can't trust them,there is no proper response for the parcel I send
