In all the Branches I have been before for almost three months I didn't receive an kind of help but thanks to the Branch Manager for training your staffs to help out customers in any kind of situation imagine staying 4 months without accessing your transactions but in DIC Branch it took me only 20 minutes to access my account thanks I will always recommend more people to your Branch. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received at the ADIB Sheikh Zayed Branch. A special thanks goes to Ragy Ahmed Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue that had been pending for over a year. Despite several visits to another branch with no resolution, Ragy’s professionalism, dedication, and genuine customer-centric approach made all the difference. It was because of him that my confidence in ADIB’s customer service was truly restored. Thank you once again, Ragy, for your exceptional support!
Disgusting service!! There is a delay in opening an account without explanation, all managers and the call center give different information. At the moment when the final approval for the mortgage is ready, and because of delays that are not clear what, I can lose the deal and my 10% deposit. Application 5008659 in Arenco branch should have been ready 2 weeks ago according to the deadlines given by the manager who opened the account! The employees are simply not focused on doing their job on time and helping clients. I am desperate😭
Worst experience ever with this branch. I came in to update my KYC and was initially asked to bring a PDF list of documents. The next day, I returned with everything, only to be told they needed a 6-month bank statement instead of 3 months. I got that done, and then they said it must be printed—so I printed over 100 pages like a booklet. Then, just one day after my company license expired, they said, “It’s fine, just upload it online.” I did that within 5 days, and it got rejected due to the expired license. When I returned to the branch a month later, they told me I had to redo everything from scratch. They also said the NOC from my family was expired—despite the fact that the Ejari clearly states I’m living with them for the full year. How can that possibly expire after one month? And again, they demanded the original Ejari, not a copy. For me its fine i can re do the whole process but how much cost will effect my business doing all this process all over again? Ps. I even spoken with manager in duty… he was less cooperative We’re living in a digital era, yet this branch still insists on outdated, excessive, and frustrating procedures for a simple KYC update. On top of that, the staff were completely uncooperative. To make it worse, there’s no proper parking—you’ll waste forever trying to find a spot. I used to love this bank and always recommended it to my friends since my student days. But after this experience, I’m closing my account.
Very poor customer service. Despite the staff being free and the token display saying "Ready" they wouldn't call their customers for quicker service. I would see staff just engaging in personal conversations instead of serving the customers waiting. Moreover, if there is something that involves two different attendants instead of being served in one go, you will have to take out tickets twice and wait both times, thus creating unnecessary wait times. It took me an hour just to get my Bank Statement. In comparison, EIB took like 15 minutes with a quicker turnaround. Moreover, ADIB never told me that they will be charging 75 DHS + VAT for each month of Statement printing. Ideally, the attendant should've informed me before I agreed for the printing.
