Overpriced swimsuits, terrible and unqualified staff. Of the model I wanted to buy they had only one with the EU size 36 and it was dirty. Someone tried it on, used deodorant and left it in the store as dirty. The worker said I'll have the manager wash it, made us wait for at least 30 minutes, it was just wet and you couldn't tell if it was clean now. She said when it dries and it's still dirty you can exchange it. It didn't go away, was still dirty so the next day I go there again to return it. She calls a store from another mall and has them bring that size the next day. So I have to go there again to have this dirty swimsuit exchanged and SHE BRINGS ME ANOTHER SIZE!! How can you be so unprofessional and inept at your simple job? Today was my last day so she wasted three of my days for absolutely nothing. Just bought a swimsuit from Tezenis which was more beautiful, had higher quality with a fair price. The staff there was friendly and very helpful. I recommend that store for anyone looking for swimsuits or underwear. Also, since when are swimsuits considered lingerie??? The store says they fully refund an item within 15 days except jewellery or lingerie. My friends bought swimsuits from there and ended up not liking them when we saw other stores that had better ones. But the worker said they won't refund A ONE-PIECE SWIMSUIT BECAUSE THEY ARE LINGERIE. Since when are swimsuits considered lingerie???????? This store scams you. Promise to return/echange items = untrue Promise to exchange item correctly = untrue Overpriced items Unfriendly staff It's terrible! Edit: added photos as proof
