BEST IN DUBAI! Honestly they deserve a great review! i dealt with over 7 different offices. They were the only office who had a respectful approach, did not try to convince me over and over that my papers needed further legalization (since the French consulat told me the legalization it has is enough only needs translation), they were very quick with replies, had it done and sent to my house in under 24 hours. The translator Loubna was so friendly and responsive as well. They were very professional, including Mr. Hussam , unlike other offices who were quite frankly rude, unprofessional, and took them a whole day just to send a price quotation (which was through the roof for one page), however with ATS everything was smooth. I loved them!

We are so delighted and impressed with the level of accuracy, professionalism, politeness and speed of execution provided by Loubna at Active Translation Services. We sent our request on 27th Feb through whatsapp, received a reply almost immediately (unlike other translating companies who took 48h before replying), we were clear with our enquiry and received the same level of clarity from Loubna (the translator herself), not only is she the most competitive price wise but the accuracy and speed in which she executes the work at hand is mind bogling. We sent the documents to be translated, agreed on the rate, Loubna sent us a link to pay the fees (AED 150 per page from Arabic to French including delivery at home), received a proper invoice (that was at 2pm), the following morning 10:30 am we received the first draft for proof reading. All was 100% correct, Loubna then sent us what the document would look like with their company's letter head and stamp. We approved at 11:30am on 28th Feb. This morning 10:30am we received 4 copies of our translated document delivered at home (on a saturday).
