The worst facilities management in Dubai. If I could give zero stars I would. I contacted Adama a week ago about water leaking from the kitchen ceiling. They visited, identified the source and said they would come back to complete the job. That was a week ago! They ignore messages and phone calls, and when they do eventually respond, it is to say that a member of the team will come. Needless to say they don't show up! No point of escalation or anyone proactive to speak to. If you can avoid this company, you should! Update: Adama's response to my review was to state that I had the wrong company, but notedly their servicemen have now arrived at the property to fix the issue. Guess a Google review is all it takes to get the solution requested a week ago!

We recently had flooring and office repairs completed at our center and are extremely satisfied with the results. The quality of work was excellent. Communication was smooth and efficient, especially with Mr. Nishan, who was always easy to reach. We’re pleased to say that they are now our go-to team for maintenance and repairs. Thank you, Adama!
