I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the ADCB branch in Business Bay. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Hassa Ahmed — she was incredibly supportive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to assist me. Her warm attitude and helpful guidance made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She’s a true asset to the ADCB team. What also stood out was the kindness and attentiveness of all the other staff members. They weren’t just efficient — they were thoughtful. Despite the busy day and hot weather, they offered water, and even juice, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s the little gestures like these that make a big difference. The atmosphere at this branch is friendly, well-organized, and customer-focused. I truly appreciate the professionalism, warmth, and hospitality I experienced here.

Sheryl was extremely helpful even when the system was down, she did the statement manually in a quick and friendly manner. I wish in all places there were same customer service team as her :) thank you Sheryll!

I had an excellent experience with Hanan at the ADCB branch in Bay Gate Tower. She is always very professional, efficient, and extremely courteous. Hanan went above and beyond to assist me with my transaction and answered all my questions with patience and clarity.
