Dear Bank Representative's Name / Customer Service Team, We would like to bring to your attention that we deposited a cheque on Saturday, 24-05-2025, but the receipt was not issued at the time of deposit Machine ID ADCB5117. As of today, Tuesday, 27-05-2025, the amount has still not been credited to our account. We kindly request your assistance in checking the status of this cheque and advising when we can expect it to be credited to our account. Your prompt support on this matter will be highly appreciated.

Hi, I’ve deposited a check yesterday of national Bank of UK. The amount is 31,500 on the same machine which was dated 1111 2024 and when I did the deposit yesterday the same time I did not receive any receipt from the machine, but it says default And some message came up so I waited for sometime and I didn’t get any receipt so I am sending a message for the same of inquiring what’s happening on my check and when will it be credited into my account?

Whenever I came to use cash deposit, all the time both machines not working for chasing deposit. There is no nearby next place too. Mall have only cash withdrawals, there is no deposit option. Useless services.
