I had a great experience with the Room Dining service during my stay. The food arrived on time, was nicely presented, and tasted delicious. What truly made it special was the friendliness and professionalism of the team. Every order was delivered with a smile, and the staff always made sure everything was perfect. They were polite, quick to respond, and always ready to help with any request. From the moment I arrived, the service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail specially *Eden*. My room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations—from the luxurious spa to the rooftop pool and gourmet dining. Every part of my stay felt curated and personal. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a true luxury experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The lounge added an extra touch of luxury with great snacks and drinks throughout the day. The service at the hotel was truly outstanding

I really liked the the lobby lounge very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thank to joshepin and irvan i had a coffee and some pastry — everything was nice. A great place to relax. I’ll come back again for sure.
