I agree with the previous comment about the sell man Mohammed. I came to buy new pair of trainers he was very lazy to check for sizes and he told me to come back later! When I asked him to call me back he ignored it! Very bad
I would like to say thanks to Filipino guy who assisted me today , I had to exchange my shoes as I got the wrong size. He was helpful and I feel bad for giving him a hassle sorting out my previous transaction. Forgot to get his name, thank you again!
This branch has everything I needed—same great deals as Dubai Outlet Mall without the long drive. Huge variety, plenty of sizes, and real outlet discounts. Staff were helpful and quick. If you’re just after Adidas, no need to go all the way to Dubai Outlet Mall. Worth it!
Sunnatbek served very well. He is good in terms of product knowledge.
Nice collection ,accommodating space ,staff Mohammed is very rude and we waited to make a purchase for over 10 mints cause staff were moving around pretending to be working . It’s a shame for such a brand to have such low level customer service.
