So disappointed, the quality of the goods for these prices is unacceptable! Paying for a skirt 250aed and then it breaks the next day.. I had a very important meeting and buying this skirt was an emergency and then this happens! For such an expensive price! And they don’t accept refunds! The employee was trying her best to help me though, very nice lady named Roxanne, I appreciate it!
Very rude behaviour to customer , lady name LONA in marina mall branch so harsh and rude while explaining to customer
The lady working here has a bad attitude and being rude with customers.
Had very bad experience from the quality and customer service Bought the dress around 500dhs and wear just 2times and already show very poor quality Get the dress to store and show the lady was there as sales person but she didn’t help me at all and show me not nice reaction, Never back to the ADL store had a horrible experience and keep the dress in store
Terrible experience with the marina mall branch . The two ladies are just impolite and 0 customer service skills. For sure never be back again
