Admiral Plaza Hotel Dubai

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES!!! I arrived at this hotel last night and was very disappointed to find that my room was much smaller than it looked in the pictures, which you will see online. After that, I found a cockroach in the bathroom. I asked to change the room, and the only option they gave us was a room even smaller than the previous one. I am a very long time customer on booking.com and I have never had this bad experience before. On the contrary, I was given a better room upgrade, free of charge, before my arrival! The only good thing about this booking was the free taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

An incredibly comfortable and convenient hotel with an excellent location. The hotel is huge with spacious rooms and large public areas. The service is top-notch, and the breakfast buffet has a fantastic and rich selection. This is very important to me.

Sadly we had a very unpleasant experience. We found a lot of insects running around the room and bathroom, others were dead next to the fridge. Since we found the bugs in the middle in the night, I alerted the reception only the day after. Instead of an apology, I was told I had to inform them so they could have given us another room. The swimming pool could have better opening times for people starting the day early. The rest was good, the bell boys were very kind and helpful and breakfast was very good and abundant. For about 35€ it is a very good option, if it wasn't for the insects

A man who is in front office was so rude. When I asked him about near bank he was irritated he gives me feel like I am beggar and bothered him IDK what happened with that guy! Overall my good experience convert into a bad one I hope upper management will help to learn him basic etiquette. Rooms were quite good location is perfect! Food was also good!

Very pleased with the stay! The room was spacious and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the comfort. A great choice for any traveler!
