We had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this ambulance service. We booked an ambulance for our father, expecting a smooth and professional service in a critical situation. However, the ambulance broke down midway, leaving us stranded on the road with our ailing father. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of preparedness and support from the company — they were unable to arrange a replacement vehicle in a timely manner. We had to wait for over an hour on the roadside, trying to manage the patient’s condition ourselves while desperately searching for an alternative. This kind of failure in an emergency service is absolutely unacceptable. Such delays can cost lives, and in our case, it caused immense stress and put our father’s health at further risk. I would not recommend this service to anyone. When you’re calling an ambulance, you're trusting them with a life — and this company failed us when we needed them most.
