Ordered a Digital Wireless Handheld set, and to be honest I haven't had such a wonderful experience before, the team exceeded my expectations. After I called the office their wonderful Lady transferred me to the online Orders/logistics team, spoke to Tim basically I wanted to know when I can expect the delivery and if I can collect it from the warehouse if incase it takes longer considering I needed it urgently, he assured me that it take 1 to 2 days for delivery, after I explained the reason for urgency he promised to get it delivered in the next day, to my suprise I received my item today, order placed around 2.30 received my item at 5pm...what a huge surprise, this is what we call customer service, they listen and act, exceeding customer expectations. Am definitely buying soon. Keep up the hood work guys. Am a happy customer ooh and your delivery guy is awesome too, such a lovely gentleman with a great sense of humour.

I had purchased godox ring flash and was excellent,until i had a problem. But to my surprise they checked the product at warehouse and replaced it.It was under warranty but dint took much time. The sales and the service people are excellent.Mr Nithin was the service person. The showroom is the best experience and they have a vast collection of gadgets. I am happy buying from them.
