From the beginning they were very receptive and helpful. They were able to create a trip tailored to our needs and preferences. All the hotels and lodgings were great. Overall, they were very attentive, helpful and detailed. We will definitely recommend them to anybody who is traveling to Dubai.

We were looking for some tourism companies for our trip and were worried about being them genuine, so one of our friend told us that if the company is registered with DTCM then it will be genuine coz Dubai is very strict in terms of tourism. If anything goes wrong Dubai authorities take immediate action against the company coz they always supports the tourists.. On searching we found ALT Dubai(one of all on our list for the trip), on checking the reviews n all it seemed quite fine but stil we were very confused coz for the trip the whole amount of package is to be paid advance(this is the scenario for all the tourism companies). We were in contact with Mr.Shiva for all the discussions, he made sure that everything would be fine. After many phone calls, many watsapp discussions we finalised Alt Dubai for our trip and paid the full amount. Now the trip day comes.. He was always in contact, we reached there, the driver was sent on time and we were dropped to the hotel by Yashir bhaiya( our driver - and the best one you could have).. Then the trip went ahead.. We weren’t expecting much from them coz there price was quite reasonable, but to our surprise the type of facilities and everything, were very good. Most of our visits were shared basis on the itinerary but they provided a private vehicle for all. Everything was matched according to our timings and plan. The Hotel he gave was good, the location of the hotel(near Meena Bazar- the market for all types of shopping in Dubai) was one of the best anyone could have in Dubai( specially for people from India). Meena Bazar have many restaurants where you can find Indian cuisine and are pocket friendly. Anyone planning to visit Dubai can choose ALT Dubai for there trip without having a doubt in mind.. We were extremely happy by the service they provided and kept all the promises made.. And do remember to ask them for Yasir bhaiya as your driver, your trip would be awesome..
