Adventure Planet Tourism in Dubai offers a 6‑hour desert safari featuring dune‑bashing, camel rides, sandboarding, quad‑biking, and a Bedouin‑style camp. The overall experience was decent, but there are a couple of areas that need improvement. The timing was not well managed, which made parts of the tour feel rushed or delayed. Also, the food could be better in terms of quality and variety. With better organization and improved dining options, this could be a much better experience.

I recently went on a desert safari with Adventure Planet Tourism, and my experience was both good and bad. That’s why I can’t give it a full 5-star rating. The owner of the company is a very nice person. He is polite and seems to care about his customers. The 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser driver was also very good—he drove safely and made the dune bashing fun. The price was cheap, only 25 AED per person, which makes it a good budget option. The food was okay, not great but not bad either. However, the other staff were very rude. They did not know how to talk to customers properly, which was disappointing. Customer service is very important, and their bad attitude made the experience less enjoyable. Another problem was the dune bashing time. Before paying, they told us the ride would be 15 to 20 minutes, but in reality, it was only 12 minutes. This was frustrating because they did not keep their promise. Overall, the trip was worth the price, but the bad service and shorter ride time were disappointing. I hope they train their staff better and make sure they give what they promise. If they improve these things, the experience could be much better. Would I recommend it? If you are on a budget and just want a quick desert safari, it’s okay. But if you want great service and a longer ride, you might want to look for other options.

We went to visit Adventure Planet - Dubai Dessert Safari. They provided a mini bus to pick us up nearby our place. Upon arrival on nearby location of the "Dessert Safari", they will guide you and will provide another transportation of "4x4" truck to go to the exact location. From there, you can take a photo with an eagle and you can also ride a camel. The program will start around 6 PM including the snack and dinner however, if you want to eat earlier, you can avail the VIP promo that they're offering. There is also a location of which you can try the sand boarding for free.
