A great experience from start to finish! Hussain picked me up from my hotel in a very nice Air Conditioned car and offered cold water during the journey, great service! We were introduced to the vehicles we were driving and given a short safety brief. Then we went out for just over an hour around the sand dunes. The guide took us on a route that was the perfect mix of speedy parts and slower parts with some great photo opportunities along the way. The sandboarding was fun but a challenge for someone that has never done that sort of thing before, and don’t underestimate the effort needed to get back up the dune if you make it to the bottom!! The camel ride finished off the morning perfectly! All in all a superb company, professional throughout, highly recommended!
Thank you to Mr. Romany. He put in some time helping us figure out a tricky visa issue. We ended up not being able to give him any business, but we greatly appreciate his efforts and timely responses. He'll be our guy next time we need a travel agent.
