Edcel Basa, the technician, took care of everything and provided outstanding service. The repair was completed quickly, and my drone was returned in perfect working condition. They replaced the parts of my drone with original DJI parts and returned me back my broken parts. I’m very impressed with their professionalism and timely delivery.
