Worst experience at the store none of the staff have basic common sense or basic knowledge of assisting the customers very lazy doesn't even approach friendly and talks in their language which really disturbs the customers better hire someone who knows alteast hindi properly and other languages and also handles customers with smile not murmuring in their language 😡😡😡worst service 😑 I chose wrong place to visit by calling them and after visiting even more worse

Please Check product before buy...I am regular customer. Before 1 month I buy 2 pair shoese. 1 pair sole damaged and cracked. When I complain the denied to change. So make sure check and buy and ask if damage will you change or not. Staff behavior very rude.
good quality at reasonable price.. purchased this shoe for aed 35/- only and its comfortable and light weight.. wearing daily now days and checking durability..
What does one do when walking on the street and the shoe suddenly gives away? Just hope a branch of AEROSOFT is in the vicinity. That is exactly what happened with me today. Walking in the store and seeing 150+ models around, I was relieved. Picked up something that coated just about AED 125, USD 40. The staff was efficient and helpful. Had a couple of questions, which I asked and these were promptly responded to. Walked in and out of the store in just about 15 minutes. Interesting visit.
