Very very bad service and very bad toilet all urine where there when we came in the hotel As we and one of the Philippines came in the hotel he and we were having check in time as 2:00pm but unfortunately we both came early this Bengali staff (near the reception 2 men’s) charges for us 100aed and for that person 50aed. I would tell u never come to this hotel better to stay outside in the car. Even WiFi was also not working ONE OF THE WORST HOTEL IN UAE
If i could give this place -5 i would. The hotel is disgusting, there are cockroaches everywhere. Poor cleaning, leaking sink. filthy sheets with stains. something that looks like fungus was on the wall. The staff barely understood what i was saying. It is NOT close to the metro station, don't believe what's on the websites. If you request a room change and you get it, don't expect it to be any better than the worst. It's not worth a cent. Look at the pictures.
The room was perfect but service was a bit delayed. Location is moderate. All over nice.
I live here everytime, It's very clean and good service,Staff is so friendly and honest they take care 24 hours, Masum is so friendly, Mamun and Ambia so honest, Saiful is good man, really everything is awesome ❤️🫂
