Agilus Diagnostics - Dubai

Went to this lab yesterday. Nurse is very professional. Rest of the process not up to the stadnard. After paying for the test they sent me a message asking for reasons / medical history which now I have to chase the doctor (who might be on annual leave) on. I had earlier put them in touch witht the doctor which had told them exactly which test she was requesting and they could have asked and they did not. Now after getting my money they ask me

At the very start, when you booked the blood test for your son, you made it clear to the clinic that he would need more than one person to handle the blood draw, and you even asked if they could do it at the therapy center if that was easier. The clinic reassured you multiple times that they had a full team and everything would be fine. But on the day of the test, they only sent one person—a single woman who had no idea about the extra help that was promised. When you asked her about the team, she said no one informed her. Eventually, she tried to get the driver to help, which was totally unprofessional. And instead of fixing the problem, the clinic just told you to come in to their location, even though you had already paid for a home service. In short, they didn’t deliver what they promised at all

Thank you for the lovely services it was amazing experience since it started with calling the lab in Dubai Healthcare city to communicating through what'sapp and visiting the lab amd the amazing pricing for the tests ((please keep this the same)) 😊 and the one who collected my blood and samples she is very professional although my veins are deep and im suffering with everyone who collected my blood before but she is brilliant i didn't felt the sample collection which is reflected her professionalism its my first time ever not to suffer with my blood collection process she knows what she is doing and thanks for the lovely team they are really nice people and professional i highly recommend this lab to everyone thanks for the lovely experience didn't got my results yet but hopefully everything will be fine. my feedback its about the first impressionand the blood collection professionalism amd the front desk receptionist

The report from this lab said COVID POSITIVE even though their lab result said COVID NOT DETECTED. I did two more tests after this report and they both said COVID NEGATIVE and COVID NOT DETECTED. On the phone, they told me there was a system error at the time I got my first report. If there is a system error, they should void all the tests results. DHA needs to investigate this clinic. Neither the lab nor the clinic changed the result with the DHA even though I called and emailed multiple times. They even admitted there was a mistake on the phone.
