Excellent service! Pre-booked my appointment online for today morning express PCR 6 hours service. Got the certificate within 4 hours by e-mail. Certificate has passport/ID number and QR code as well. Staff were very polite especially the gentleman who was collecting the passports/ID's and the nurse taking the swab.
Horrible experience. Would never recommend this lab in Jordan. The staff especially Raghad gzawi were very unprofessional. They do not answer phone and when I asked how long the results need first time they said two days then they said 5 days then 7 days. I received the results 10 days after. I wish i did it with a different lab because and i informed them that my daughter has horribel allergies and rash. Anyway would never recommend this lab and would never use it again.
Worst lab I ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and they are very late with the results. Do not recommend. I did the allergies test and it took ages!
Very useful especially in Dubai. Don’t waste time to call or run around Dubai. Go direct and choose the appropriate one as per your urgency.
Went for the 6hr PCR test. Received the result within 2.5hrs! There was a mistake in my name on the report, they immediately corrected it and sent it back. Overall, extremely fast results, good customer service and reasonable price.
