AVOID This company. Sent a parcel by air cargo arrived in 3 seperate boxes. 99% of my stuff was damaged and alot of items missing which i had wrote down everything which was inside and also gave them a copy. They stole 21 aftershaves and said theres nothing they can do about it. Ive added a few photos thats not the half of what is damaged.

Terrible and unprofessional company and staff. They picked up my suitcases and didn’t send me any documentation until I had to follow up a few days later. They were unable to give me an insurance quote for a week which I would’ve thought it’s an easy day to day task in their Industry. Due to extensive delays in service, I decided to find another courier company to pick up bags which they held for a week due to inefficiency. They then refused to release my bags without payment of a unquoted fee. Further to this they wanted my PIN number to get access to the bags without asking me for a packing list or customs declaration. Overall I wish I had read the reviews on here before I used this company. I am glad I didn’t go ahead with them and had my bags picked up.

This is a fake cargo service, with extremely high charges compared to others and false promises. The most unreliable service I’ve ever encountered in the UAE

I have sent my parcels to UK and the service is excellent and they gave the best price in town. Delivery was on time and without an any issue. Thanks guys for the service and looking forward to send more goods soon.

Excellent service by AGL express. I sent a parcel from UAE to saudia Arabia in far better rates than the other Courier services. AGL deliver my parcel within 6 day when other companies offering to deliver parcel within 8 to 10 days. They are dedicated and comitted.Definitely I will use again and again AGL in future.
