Dishonest driver and poor back of house management allowing driver to get away with overcharging on AWB to pocket the money. I should have known better when the original price was scratched out but I naively didn't think that sort of thing happened here! Lesson learned the hard way and at least myself and everyone I know won't ever use their services again.

Very very bad and worst experience.... The people in the office does not respond properly and instead of saying delivery time 5/8 days they delivered it after 15days.. The packing done by them here in dubai was worst and not packed in box just taped it from all the side.. My 2luggages have been broken completly When asked them they said they will pack it in the box and courier but they just sent it without the packing.. Very worst experience and not even 1star for the staff and the company for the service they provided

The service is extremely poor, and the people involved are impolite. I sent a package from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, and it has been over five days with no delivery. They saying , the goods are missing and assure me they will investigate using CCTV footage. what the heck .. don't go for them

no words to express how pathetic service they provide i have send a shipment from Dubai to Kuwait and Dubai to Qatar on same day and there team Mixed both my parcels and delivered then to wrong addresses. now They say its not there mistake

Extremely unprofessional. No idea of status of parcel and no proper communication. Customer service agent just responds with “will check with the delivery guy and get back to you” and never does.
