I had a terrible experience at the Aginer shop in Dubai Mall today (April 1st at 4:30 PM). I brought an Aginer watch—purchased as a gift from another Aginer store—for a simple size adjustment. The representative, Hussin, refused to assist, claiming he did not have the equipment to adjust the watch because it was purchased from a different location (Abu Dhabi). He even went as far as saying he could damage the watch due to a lack of proper tools. This excuse is completely unacceptable, considering the watch is genuine Aginer and comes with a valid warranty card. How can a brand’s own store refuse to service its own product? This experience was extremely disappointing, and I regret ever considering Aginer. I own almost the entire collection, but after this treatment, I will never buy from this store again. I strongly discourage anyone from shopping at the Aginer store in Dubai Mall. The lack of professionalism and refusal to assist loyal customers speaks volumes about their poor service. Avoid this store at all costs!

I am sorry to say that the necklace I bought from this brand has changed color and the company does not support its customers. The necklace I bought at a high price is now like a worthless item. I wonder why they use low-value metals in this brand??? And why is the quality of the product so low and the price so high?

I had an amazing experience at Aigner in Dubai Mall. The store offers a fantastic collection of luxury items, and the staff is incredibly professional and welcoming. Feras, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. His attention to detail and knowledge of the products made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this store if you’re looking for high-quality of watches and lather wallet and exceptional customer service.
