I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I did a lab test and expected at the very least a call from the doctor to discuss my results. Instead, I’ve been chasing them for two days with zero follow-up. It’s clear they couldn’t care less. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It was my first and definitely last time dealing with this healthcare provider. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Avoid them at all costs

Scam Alert: Avoid Aims Healthcare at All Costs. I'm writing this review to warn others about the deceptive practices of Aims Healthcare. I was scammed out of 5,000 AED for few tests that were promised to be fully reimbursed by my insurance. Despite my repeated concerns about the cost, the doctor assured me multiple times that the insurance would cover it, only to find out later that this was not the case. When I researched their reviews, I discovered that this isn't an isolated incident – numerous others have had similar experiences, suggesting a pattern of behavior by this healthcare center to push unnecessary tests and promise reimbursement that never materializes. I've documented every interaction and am pursuing legal action, including filing a police report. If you've had a similar experience with this center. I encourage you to reach out so we can build a collective case against their fraudulent practices. To potential patients, be extremely cautious. Their business model seems to rely on exploiting patients' trust and lack of knowledge about insurance coverage. Don't fall for their promises until you've verified everything.
