They have been nothing short of amazing from the initial conversations with Ala’a who helped so much with us booking and getting Erik organised to get home. We could not of done it without you thanks again for putting up with my constant questions at all times of the day. Also a huge shout out to Lenora, she was the nurse who assisted Erik on the flight home and went above and beyond to make sure he was safe and secure flying back from Dubai to Bangkok to get him the proper care he needs. First, I want to tell a big thank you for the entire team-We are fortunate to get this one of the best and professional team to air lift my brother who was in critical condition in Dubai hospital. This fabulous team took the responsibility to air lift from Dubai to Managlore,initially we had no idea how they will do it with all safety precautions, but the way it all happend hassle free,safe,step by step information about patient condition and loction till he reches to hospital safely. The way Mr. Ayaan and his team supported us for the repatriation of the patient from UAE to India is just very smooth and hassle free. We didn't have to worry on this a bit. I got the best service from human care world wide, Mr Ayaan Ansari is the one who assist me.. he is very helpful and informative since the very beginning and I really don’t have to do anything, just need to wait for info in the hotel about the repatriation process, which flight will it be so on and so on.. he works really fast and detailed, I also met Mr Shukur along the way, he is also very helpful and informative during the showering process while in Abu Dhabi.
