Terrible experience with Air Arabia — never flying with them again! This was the worst airline I’ve ever dealt with. I booked my ticket in advance, but they changed my flight three times without proper explanation or apology. It completely ruined my plans. What’s even worse is that they asked me to pay extra, even though the changes were not my fault. This feels like a scam — just a way to squeeze more money out of passengers. And the food on board? Absolutely awful. Cold, tasteless, and ridiculously small portions. It felt like they were cutting corners on everything. There’s zero respect for customers and terrible service overall. I do not recommend Air Arabia to anyone — it's better to pay a bit more and fly with a decent airline than to waste your time, money, and nerves.

I ent their to do "ok to board". The person who was attending to me was hardly attending to me. When i reminded him he was rude and almost entered in altercation with me. Found it very unprofessional.
