Today, I politely inquired whether a Noon delivery may have mistakenly dropped my item at their shop. However, the staff responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, questioning why I used their address. I explained that Airbest Express Cargo LLC was clearly listed as a landmark only, and that my full address—including the FLAT NUMBER and the recipient’s name—was clearly provided on the package. I also mentioned that I live in the same building, which is why their location was used as a nearby LANDMARK. Despite this, the staff member refused to understand. In fact, he should not have accepted a package that clearly wasn’t addressed to him or his shop—unless he had some hidden intention to keep it. Such behavior is highly inappropriate and raises serious concerns about the honesty and professionalism of this very rude staff member.
