Excellent Experience at Air Blue Ticket Office I recently visited the Air Blue ticket office, and I have to say, the experience was outstanding! The staff Saba Saleem beyond to assist me with my booking. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable agents who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was a bit unsure about the best flight options and had a few specific requests, but the team took the time to listen to my needs and provide me with several excellent options. They were patient, informative, and incredibly efficient in handling all of my inquiries, even when there were some last-minute changes to my travel plans. What stood out the most was how welcoming and professional the staff were, creating a positive environment that made the experience far more pleasant than I expected. They also helped me understand the various fees and policies, so I felt fully informed about my choices. If air blue sends you an email (offcorse, it will come from no reply email address) that your flight is canceled. Then please do not waste your time and energy plus money to call them anywhere in the world. They will simply not answer you. You have to leave everything else in your life and have to go to the air blue office from you purchase your ticket in person even it is 2 hours far from you. Because if you try to call them on each and every single mentioned numbers on their website in dubai , abu dhabi, sharjah , even ksa or whole pakistan they will simply not answer. But thankfully I purchased the ticket from their deira office today. And they bothered to email and I have 3 days to travel. Otherwise, i will find out on the airport. Thanks Airblue for early notice.

Extremely Disappointed – Worst Airline Experience Absolutely the worst airline I’ve ever booked with. I waited for over 30 minutes and no one responded or offered any assistance. The service is shockingly poor, and there seems to be no regard for passengers' time or concerns. I strongly recommend NOT booking with this airline. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
