Great Service and Assistance for Family! We booked the service with airssist for our whole family, and we are thankful that I have made a right choice by using their website. I travelled with a Senior Citizen and child, but airssist help me to have a hustle free journey and airport formalities not to mention that they have a team available 24/7 to answers all my questions. The gate assigned to our flight is quite too far, in this, the buggy did a great help to make it smoother. Airssist team did not promise the buggy as this is own by the airport authorities which we understood as they have explained it to us clearly, but they ensure that our request will be put on high priority and we got it during the service. We are amazed on their professionalism and great attention to our request. We’re glad to used their service and we will no longer travel without airssist assistance.
