I have a pleasant experience with On Time Al Ahdeed Services. The center is equipped with all facilities any one may need Dubai Court, Tasheel, Amer, or even Dubai Economy & Tourism services, it is all under one roof! I personally had my case resolution with Miss Alaa Haider, and She is highly professional and On time to pursue the case as needed, always available on her seat and comfortable to communicate both in English and Arabic! She listens to the concerns and also suggest what is as per UAE law and also better in the situation I was in, so She handled my case both professionally and compassionately! I am always thankful to her! Overall, the Staff is very kind and spot on to help! Rest, the Al Ahdeed center is very clean, easily accessible with parking facility. The payment method available is both Cash or by Card. There is a inside cafeteria facility also available! They serve complimentary water and tea/coffee to all costumers.
