Al Ahli Driving Center - Bur Dubai Branch

I was looking for a driving school and came across an advertisement from Al Ahli Driving Center on Facebook. The ad, posted by someone named Joshua, offered an unlimited package that immediately caught my interest. I reached out to Joshua via WhatsApp, and he directed me to the Bur Dubai branch for ENROLLMENT. But he also informed me to enroll with him online but thanks God I didn't. When I arrived, a staff member named Lizel explained everything to me in detail. That’s when I realized Joshua's post was misleading. Lizel clarified the actual details of the packages, and I understood that what was advertised wasn’t accurate. Unfortunately, I noticed that many customers end up angry with Lizel because of the false information they receive from Joshua's posts. This results in bad reviews and unfair blame placed on her, even though she’s just trying to do her job. I’m calling the attention of Al Ahli Driving Center management to address this issue. It’s disappointing to see that despite repeated customer complaints about Joshua’s misleading ads, no action has been taken simply because he brings in sales. This approach affects customer trust and puts unnecessary stress on employees like Lizel, who is doing her best to help customers. Please be more considerate of your customers and employees. Al Alhi Driving School is a great institute for you to learn and experience a proper, professional driving with safety precaution. The instructors are great and friendly to the students. The Bur Dubai Branch Personnel/Assistant is well approachable and nice person. I had a great experienced with them. Recommended institute.

This branch of Al Ahli Driving center is super, I was supported and well scheduled for every appointment by Miss Liezel who always encourages me. Mr Marzah the instructor was super. Such a great experience I had there and I recommend this branch to as many who will like to take their drivers license. Thanks
