Great customer service and very affordable place. Siva was extremely nice with his guidance for us to buy the lenses and so was Jenny. The collection and range was also worth speaking about.
Shiva is so helpful as the initial lens which was done by another person at the shop was incorrect in which I told her n finally 3rd time shiva was so helpful n corrected it .. so happy will definitely come back n look for shiva again

I made the glass here they have less The price frame is available they charge for the frame and the lens with the computer lens will be 250 aed .
I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from this shop, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. Jenny, who assisted me, was quite rude and even raised her voice at me. She answered my questions in a sarcastic manner, which made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, she kept insisting that they didn’t have the accesories I was asking for, even though her colleague had mentioned earlier that it was available. I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time, and I don’t think anyone should be treated like that. On a positive note, Mr. Siva was very helpful and cool, always assisting me with whatever I needed.
